Proposta altera a Lei de Direitos Autorais, permite adapta\u00e7\u00f5es sem finalidade comercial e agora ser\u00e1 analisada pelo Senado Federal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A C\u00e2mara dos Deputados aprovou, na quinta-feira (5), um projeto de lei que autoriza a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o de obras adaptadas para pessoas com defici\u00eancia, especialmente aquelas com defici\u00eancia intelectual. A medida permite o uso da t\u00e9cnica de Linguagem Simples ou de outros m\u00e9todos semelhantes, desde que n\u00e3o haja finalidade comercial.<\/p>\n

O texto modifica a Lei de Direitos Autorais e estabelece que as adapta\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas dentro das condi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o consideradas viola\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos autorais. Com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pelos deputados, a proposta segue agora para an\u00e1lise do Senado Federal.<\/p>\n

A iniciativa tem como objetivo ampliar o acesso de pessoas com defici\u00eancia \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e0 cultura e ao conhecimento, facilitando a compreens\u00e3o de livros e outras obras por meio de uma linguagem mais acess\u00edvel.<\/p>\n

PROPOSTA AMPLIA DIREITO J\u00c1 PREVISTO PARA PESSOAS COM DEFICI\u00caNCIA VISUAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira j\u00e1 permite a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o de obras para uso exclusivo de pessoas com defici\u00eancia visual, sem fins comerciais, por meio do sistema braile ou de outros procedimentos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n

Com a mudan\u00e7a aprovada, essa possibilidade poder\u00e1 ser estendida tamb\u00e9m \u00e0s pessoas com defici\u00eancia intelectual, permitindo adapta\u00e7\u00f5es que tornem o conte\u00fado mais compreens\u00edvel.<\/p>\n

O projeto \u00e9 resultado de uma proposta apresentada pela Comiss\u00e3o de Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Participativa e recebeu ajustes durante a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o nas comiss\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara. A vers\u00e3o aprovada foi elaborada pela Comiss\u00e3o de Defesa dos Direitos das Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia, com altera\u00e7\u00f5es na reda\u00e7\u00e3o feitas pela Comiss\u00e3o de Cultura.<\/p>\n

A proposta ainda precisa ser aprovada pelo Senado para que possa seguir adiante no processo legislativo.<\/p>\n
