O ministro \u00e9 relator de duas a\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) em busca de mais tempo para implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da nova jornada de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>A Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional da Ind\u00fastria (CNI) \u00e9 autora da segunda A\u00e7\u00e3o Direta de Inconstitucionalidade <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.stf.jus.br\/processos\/detalhe.asp?incidente=7740896\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(ADI 8042)<\/a><\/strong> sobre a mat\u00e9ria. A primeira a\u00e7\u00e3o (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.stf.jus.br\/processos\/detalhe.asp?incidente=7740896\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ADI 8041<\/a><\/strong>) foi apresentada pela Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional do Com\u00e9rcio de Bens, Servi\u00e7os e Turismo (CNC).
