J\u00e1 o grupo sul-americano conta com Brasil, Argentina, Bol\u00edvia, Paraguai e Uruguai \u2500 a Venezuela segue suspensa como Estado-membro desde 2017.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o Planalto, o decreto publicado nesta sexta-feira\u00a0conclui o processo de internaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do tratado no Brasil, estabelecendo \u201ccompromissos para ampliar os fluxos de com\u00e9rcio e investimentos entre os pa\u00edses dos dois blocos\u201d. <strong>No plano jur\u00eddico, ele entrar\u00e1 em vigor a partir do dia 1\u00ba de outubro de 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O tratado prev\u00ea a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do com\u00e9rcio e dos investimentos entre os dois blocos, com redu\u00e7\u00e3o de barreiras t\u00e9cnicas, al\u00e9m de medidas sanit\u00e1rias e fitossanit\u00e1rias consideradas desnecess\u00e1rias para o com\u00e9rcio.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, prev\u00ea mais facilidades para procedimentos aduaneiros e maior acesso aos mercados de compras governamentais.<\/p>\n<h2>Compromissos<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/internacional\/noticia\/2025-09\/mercosul-assina-acordo-de-livre-comercio-com-quatro-paises-europeus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assinado no dia 16 de setembro de 2025 pelo presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva<\/a>, o documento estabelece tamb\u00e9m compromissos nas \u00e1reas de propriedade intelectual, desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel, prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, biodiversidade e direitos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara o Brasil, o acordo amplia as possibilidades de entrada de produtos nacionais nos mercados dos pa\u00edses da EFTA e cria condi\u00e7\u00f5es para o aumento dos fluxos de com\u00e9rcio e investimentos\u201d, informou a Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>O acordo prev\u00ea tamb\u00e9m o reconhecimento e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o de indica\u00e7\u00f5es geogr\u00e1ficas, mecanismo voltado \u00e0 valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos vinculados a determinadas regi\u00f5es de origem.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o Planalto, as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es entre os dois blocos foram conclu\u00eddas em 2025, ap\u00f3s dez rodadas iniciadas em 2017.<\/p>\n<p>O texto foi aprovado pelo Congresso Nacional em junho deste ano e <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2026-07\/brasil-ratifica-acordos-do-mercosul-com-efta-e-singapura\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ratificado pelo governo brasileiro em julho<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"noticias-relacionadas rel-position rowflex\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Termos passam a ter efeitos jur\u00eddicos em 1\u00ba de outubro O Acordo de Livre Com\u00e9rcio entre o Mercosul<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":75062,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[218,124,166],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.6 -
