A Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho determinou que uma rede de supermercados pare de enviar comunicados de cunho eleitoral para seus funcion\u00e1rios. A decis\u00e3o foi tomada a pedido do Sindicato dos Comerci\u00e1rios, que constatou que empregados do Supermercado Zona Sul receberam carta, enviada pela empresa, que continha cr\u00edticas ao cen\u00e1rio pol\u00edtico e institucional brasileiro e um apelo por mudan\u00e7as, \u00e0s v\u00e9speras do segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es presidenciais.<\/div>\n

Segundo o sindicato, a ju\u00edza Cl\u00e1udia de Abreu Lima Pisco determinou, em liminar, que o supermercado envie, at\u00e9 as 23h59 deste s\u00e1bado (24), nova mensagem aos funcion\u00e1rios, pelos mesmos canais utilizados originalmente, esclarecendo que o voto \u00e9 livre e secreto e que nenhum empregado \u00e9 obrigado a revelar sua prefer\u00eancia pol\u00edtica.<\/div>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e1 afixar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o em locais de grande circula\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios em seus estabelecimentos.<\/div>\n

Caso a empresa descumpra a decis\u00e3o, h\u00e1 multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 500 mil.<\/div>\n

Ainda de acordo com o sindicato, a ju\u00edza considerou que a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o institucional caracteriza ass\u00e9dio eleitoral, ao transmitir de forma velada uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica aos trabalhadores, uma vez que h\u00e1 uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de depend\u00eancia econ\u00f4mica entre empregados e empregadores, o que poderia gerar receio de retalia\u00e7\u00f5es e comprometer a liberdade de voto.<\/div>\n
