O contrato de videomonitoramento da Prefeitura de Chavantes voltou ao centro das discuss\u00f5es ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o dos trabalhos da Comiss\u00e3o Parlamentar de Inqu\u00e9rito (CPI) n\u00ba 001\/2026, instaurada pela C\u00e2mara Municipal para investigar a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa SIF Solu\u00e7\u00f5es Integradas em Tecnologia e Servi\u00e7os Terceirizados Ltda., cujo valor global \u00e9 de R$ 430 mil.<\/span><\/div>\n

Entre os pontos levantados pela comiss\u00e3o est\u00e3o supostas falhas na presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os, falta de comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da entrega dos aplicativos previstos e documenta\u00e7\u00e3o considerada insuficiente para demonstrar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o integral do contrato.<\/div>\n

O relat\u00f3rio tamb\u00e9m registra que o n\u00famero de c\u00e2meras teria passado de 283 para 263, sem que a CPI identificasse justificativa t\u00e9cnica para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do valor contratado. Mesmo ap\u00f3s os apontamentos, o contrato foi renovado por mais um ano, conforme as informa\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas.<\/div>\n

Outro ponto que merece esclarecimentos diz respeito \u00e0s despesas necess\u00e1rias para manter o sistema em funcionamento. Entre as quest\u00f5es levantadas est\u00e3o a eventual responsabilidade da Prefeitura pelo pagamento de energia el\u00e9trica e internet utilizadas na opera\u00e7\u00e3o e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00e9dio p\u00fablico para realizar o monitoramento.<\/div>\n

A defini\u00e7\u00e3o dessas responsabilidades depende das condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas no contrato e dos esclarecimentos dos envolvidos. Por isso, os questionamentos refor\u00e7am a import\u00e2ncia da transpar\u00eancia na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/div>\n

Em manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o oficial, o prefeito Luiz Filipe de Paula Jacinto reafirmou o compromisso da administra\u00e7\u00e3o com a transpar\u00eancia, a responsabilidade na gest\u00e3o dos recursos p\u00fablicos e o respeito \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/div>\n

Segundo a Prefeitura, o sistema foi contratado para ampliar a seguran\u00e7a de pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos, escolas e outros espa\u00e7os municipais. A administra\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m informou ter apresentado justificativas t\u00e9cnicas e jur\u00eddicas ao Tribunal de Contas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (TCE-SP) sobre os apontamentos relacionados ao contrato.<\/div>\n

Conforme as informa\u00e7\u00f5es divulgadas, o relat\u00f3rio final da CPI dever\u00e1 ser encaminhado ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e ao TCE-SP, que poder\u00e3o avaliar os documentos e adotar as provid\u00eancias cab\u00edveis.<\/div>\n

\u00c9 importante ressaltar que os apontamentos da comiss\u00e3o n\u00e3o constituem, por si s\u00f3, uma decis\u00e3o definitiva sobre a ocorr\u00eancia de ilegalidades ou a responsabilidade dos envolvidos. A conclus\u00e3o depender\u00e1 da an\u00e1lise dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes e das justificativas eventualmente apresentadas.<\/div>\n
