A Receita Federal restituiu mais de R$ 41 bilh\u00f5es a 25,9 milh\u00f5es de contribuintes, em 2026. Desses n\u00fameros, 80% dos contribuintes foram restitu\u00eddos em at\u00e9 um m\u00eas ap\u00f3s o fim do prazo de declara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Neste ano, uma das novidades foi o cashback do IRPF, com restitui\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 460 milh\u00f5es para 3,4 milh\u00f5es de pessoas que n\u00e3o tinham feito a declara\u00e7\u00e3o no ano anterior.<\/p>\n

Pouco mais de 1% dos contribuintes declarantes do Imposto de Renda, que tiveram pend\u00eancias simples na malha fina, est\u00e3o sendo orientados por cartas a regularizarem sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O Projeto Cartas \u00e9 a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para a autorregulariza\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00e3o em torno de 500 mil contribuintes (dentre os mais de 40 milh\u00f5es de declarantes do IRPF, ou seja, 1,25% aproximadamente) que est\u00e3o sendo orientados para que possam corrigir erros simples, que podem estar impedindo o recebimento de suas restitui\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

O direito do contribuinte \u00e0 orienta\u00e7\u00e3o antes de qualquer atividade fiscalizat\u00f3ria \u00e9 garantido na LC 225\/2026.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
