{"id":74442,"date":"2026-10-20T00:39:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T03:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=74442"},"modified":"2026-10-20T00:50:47","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T03:50:47","slug":"fazenda-informa-que-r-125-bilhoes-em-dividas-de-meis-serao-zerados-a-partir-de-janeiro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=74442","title":{"rendered":"FAZENDA INFORMA QUE R$ 12,5 BILH\u00d5ES EM D\u00cdVIDAS DE MEIs SER\u00c3O ZERADOS A PARTIR DE JANEIRO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"resumo-noticia-conteudo\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda refor\u00e7a orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para que os microempreendedores individuais possam usar a medida, j\u00e1 aprovada pelo Congresso Nacional<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">O perd\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas de Microempreendedores Individuais (MEIs) inscritas na d\u00edvida ativa da Uni\u00e3o \u00e9 uma das medidas do <a href=\"https:\/\/www25.senado.leg.br\/web\/atividade\/materias\/-\/materia\/175969\">Projeto de Lei Complementar n\u00b0 186, de 2026 <\/a>, que pode beneficiar cerca de 3,6 milh\u00f5es de MEIs. A proposta\u00a0 j\u00e1 foi aprovada pelo Congresso Nacional na \u00faltima semana e faz parte do conjunto de medidas voltadas para quem trabalha por conta pr\u00f3pria: o Prospera MEI.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Agora ela precisa ser sancionada pelo presidente da Rep\u00fablica e poder\u00e1 entrar em vigor em 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2027.\u00a0 O perd\u00e3o ser\u00e1 autom\u00e1tico para as d\u00edvidas que estejam inscritas na d\u00edvida ativa at\u00e9 13 de outubro de 2026, ou seja, n\u00e3o precisa de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o por parte do microempreendedor.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Mas aten\u00e7\u00e3o! Para manter o benef\u00edcio, o MEI dever\u00e1 pagar em dia as contribui\u00e7\u00f5es mensais (boleto MEI) que vencerem nos seis meses seguintes \u00e0 entrada em vigor da lei complementar. Se n\u00e3o cumprir essa condi\u00e7\u00e3o, a remiss\u00e3o da d\u00edvida ser\u00e1 cancelada. Al\u00e9m disso, os microempreendedores que discutem a d\u00edvida na Justi\u00e7a v\u00e3o precisar desistir da a\u00e7\u00e3o, sem pagar honor\u00e1rios advocat\u00edcios. Os valores que j\u00e1 foram quitados n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o devolvidos.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Atualmente, as d\u00edvidas dos MEIs somam R$ 12,57 bilh\u00f5es. Desse total, quase 86% (cerca de R$ 11 bilh\u00f5es) s\u00e3o considerados valores de dif\u00edcil ou imposs\u00edvel recupera\u00e7\u00e3o aos cofres p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Benef\u00edcios<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Cerca de 17,6 milh\u00f5es de MEIs v\u00e3o poder se beneficiar com a iniciativa.
