{"id":74425,"date":"2026-10-20T00:28:37","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T03:28:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=74425"},"modified":"2026-10-20T00:28:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T03:28:40","slug":"mp-pede-ao-tse-ampla-divulgacao-de-mudancas-nos-locais-de-votacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=74425","title":{"rendered":"MP PEDE AO TSE AMPLA DIVULGA\u00c7\u00c3O DE MUDAN\u00c7AS NOS LOCAIS DE VOTA\u00c7\u00c3O"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"header-noticia full-width\">\n<div class=\"linha-fina-noticia\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>A\u00e7\u00e3o quer que eleitor seja notificado por aplicativo e outros meios<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral (MPE) enviou nesta segunda-feira (19) ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) um pedido para que o tribunal determine a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o ampla das mudan\u00e7as em <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-10\/2o-turno-130-mil-eleitores-de-22-estados-votarao-em-local-diferente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mais de 400 locais de vota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> para o segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es, no pr\u00f3ximo domingo (25).<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1705865&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1705865&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A medida foi tomada ap\u00f3s os tribunais regionais eleitorais (TREs) informarem que cerca de 130 mil eleitores de 22 estados tiveram os locais de vota\u00e7\u00e3o alterados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O MPE pede que os eleitores sejam notificados pelo aplicativo E-t\u00edtulo, pelos sites da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o no r\u00e1dio, TV e redes sociais.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>O \u00f3rg\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m quer a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de cartazes nos antigos locais de vota\u00e7\u00e3o para informar ao eleitor a mudan\u00e7a de endere\u00e7o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O segundo turno se realiza em 25 de outubro, intervalo reduzido para que o eleitor atingido tome conhecimento do novo endere\u00e7o, de modo que potenciais efeitos das altera\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser mitigados por ampla divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, proporcional \u00e0 exiguidade do tempo at\u00e9 o pleito e ao n\u00famero de pessoas impactadas&#8221;, justificou o MPE.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com os TREs, as mudan\u00e7as nos locais de vota\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreram em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto das chuvas, problemas de fornecimento de energia el\u00e9trica, riscos estruturais e para melhorar a acessibilidade para pessoas com defici\u00eancia.
