{"id":74050,"date":"2026-01-15T20:13:27","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T23:13:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=74050"},"modified":"2026-01-15T20:13:29","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T23:13:29","slug":"investigacao-aponta-esquema-de-emprestimos-irregulares-e-movimentacoes-suspeitas-no-banco-master","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=74050","title":{"rendered":"INVESTIGA\u00c7\u00c3O APONTA ESQUEMA DE EMPR\u00c9STIMOS IRREGULARES E MOVIMENTA\u00c7\u00d5ES SUSPEITAS NO BANCO MASTER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"102\" data-end=\"430\">Uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o conduzida pelo <strong data-start=\"134\" data-end=\"170\">Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF)<\/strong> e pela <strong data-start=\"178\" data-end=\"202\">Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF)<\/strong> aponta ind\u00edcios de que o <strong data-start=\"228\" data-end=\"244\">Banco Master<\/strong> teria adotado um esquema de concess\u00e3o de empr\u00e9stimos a empresas que, na pr\u00e1tica, n\u00e3o quitavam as parcelas devidas, gerando receitas apenas de forma cont\u00e1bil, sem lastro financeiro real.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"828\">Segundo os investigadores, os recursos oriundos dessas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito eram <strong data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"585\">rapidamente transferidos para fundos administrados pela gestora Reag<\/strong>, que apresentavam uma rentabilidade considerada <strong data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"673\">irreal e incompat\u00edvel com o mercado<\/strong>. Posteriormente, o dinheiro retornava ao pr\u00f3prio Banco Master por meio de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, criando um ciclo que levantou suspeitas das autoridades.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1056\">Esse fluxo financeiro entrou no radar dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de controle e resultou na <strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"955\">deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/strong>, que apura poss\u00edveis crimes de <strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1055\">gest\u00e3o fraudulenta, manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de mercado e lavagem de capitais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1382\">De acordo com documentos constantes no inqu\u00e9rito, os contratos de empr\u00e9stimo apresentavam <strong data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1197\">prazos de car\u00eancia prorrogados sucessivamente<\/strong>, muitas vezes \u00e0s v\u00e9speras do in\u00edcio previsto para o pagamento das parcelas. \u201cNa pr\u00e1tica, n\u00e3o houve efetivo pagamento de juros nem amortiza\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, destaca um dos trechos da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1844\">Como parte das apura\u00e7\u00f5es, a \u00e1rea de supervis\u00e3o do <strong data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1456\">Banco Central (BC)<\/strong> solicitou ao Banco Master, em <strong data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1504\">julho de 2024<\/strong>, a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de que um dos fundos que recebeu os recursos possu\u00eda <strong data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1635\">saldo suficiente para atender eventuais pedidos de resgate<\/strong>.
