O ministro Alexandre de Moraes<\/strong>, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF)<\/strong>, determinou nesta sexta-feira (2)<\/strong> que os filhos do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro<\/strong> tenham acesso facilitado para visit\u00e1-lo enquanto ele cumpre pena na Superintend\u00eancia da Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/strong>. A autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, no entanto, n\u00e3o representa visita\u00e7\u00e3o irrestrita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a decis\u00e3o, Carlos Bolsonaro, Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro, Jair Renan Bolsonaro e Laura Bolsonaro<\/strong>, al\u00e9m da enteada Let\u00edcia da Silva<\/strong>, poder\u00e3o realizar visitas sem a necessidade de solicitar nova autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial a cada encontro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Apesar da libera\u00e7\u00e3o, as visitas dever\u00e3o seguir rigorosamente o regulamento interno da Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/strong>. Conforme as normas, os encontros acontecem \u00e0s ter\u00e7as e quintas-feiras<\/strong>, no hor\u00e1rio das 9h \u00e0s 11h<\/strong>, com limite de duas pessoas por dia<\/strong> e dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de 30 minutos por visita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jair Bolsonaro voltou ao regime fechado<\/strong> ap\u00f3s ter negado um novo pedido de pris\u00e3o domiciliar<\/strong>. Ele cumpre uma pena de 27 anos de pris\u00e3o<\/strong>. Antes do retorno \u00e0 cela, o ex-presidente esteve internado em um hospital particular em Bras\u00edlia, onde passou por exames e procedimentos m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o de Alexandre de Moraes gerou forte rea\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos filhos do ex-presidente. Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro<\/strong> classificou o ministro como um \u201cser abjeto\u201d e questionou at\u00e9 quando Moraes teria \u201cprocura\u00e7\u00e3o para praticar tortura\u201d. Carlos Bolsonaro<\/strong> mencionou as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade do pai, enquanto Eduardo Bolsonaro<\/strong>, em publica\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais, falou em \u201catrocidades humanit\u00e1rias\u201d e acusou o ministro de agir como um \u201ctiranete de beira de estrada\u201d.<\/p>\n

A autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das visitas ocorre em meio a um ambiente de tens\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e jur\u00eddica<\/strong>, com o caso sendo acompanhado de perto por apoiadores, cr\u00edticos e pela opini\u00e3o p\u00fablica nacional.<\/p>\n
