De acordo com o parlamentar, Jair Bolsonaro teria preferido manter fidelidade \u00e0s pr\u00f3prias convic\u00e7\u00f5es, mesmo diante do risco de permanecer preso, a apoiar um nome que n\u00e3o represente integralmente suas ideias.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"1090\">Em publica\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais, Eduardo afirmou que a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de Fl\u00e1vio representa uma mensagem clara \u00e0 sociedade. Para ele, o ex-presidente optou por n\u00e3o buscar caminhos que pudessem lhe trazer benef\u00edcios pessoais ou maior conforto pol\u00edtico. \u201cPrefere correr o risco de morrer numa cadeia injusta do que buscar privil\u00e9gios pessoais\u201d, escreveu o deputado, destacando que a decis\u00e3o, embora dif\u00edcil, foi consciente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1439\">Ainda na postagem, Eduardo ressaltou o peso da responsabilidade assumida por Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro ao aceitar a indica\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo ele, a candidatura simbolizaria a esperan\u00e7a de um governo voltado aos interesses da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e disposto a assumir sacrif\u00edcios em nome da liberdade.
