Uma disputa judicial por propriedades rurais terminou em uma fatalidade familiar no \u00faltimo domingo (14\/12), na zona rural de Conchas, interior de S\u00e3o Paulo. Emerson, um fazendeiro de 52 anos, foi morto a tiros pelo pr\u00f3prio pai, V., ap\u00f3s um desentendimento motivado pela posse de terras.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Recentemente, Emerson havia obtido uma vit\u00f3ria na Justi\u00e7a que lhe garantia direitos sobre terras registradas no nome do pai. Acompanhado da esposa, da filha e do genro, ele foi at\u00e9 a propriedade para discutir os tr\u00e2mites da decis\u00e3o judicial. No entanto, o encontro escalou para uma discuss\u00e3o violenta.<\/div>\n

De acordo com os relatos, V. estava armado e acompanhado por um funcion\u00e1rio. Durante o confronto, foram efetuados disparos que atingiram tr\u00eas pessoas da mesma fam\u00edlia:<\/div>\n
\u200bEmerson (52 anos): Faleceu no local.<\/div>\n
\u200bFilha (22 anos): Gr\u00e1vida, foi atingida na regi\u00e3o da clav\u00edcula.<\/div>\n
\u200bGenro (28 anos): Ferido no bra\u00e7o.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u200bAs v\u00edtimas sobreviventes foram socorridas e permanecem sob cuidados m\u00e9dicos.<\/div>\n

Ap\u00f3s o crime, a Pol\u00edcia Militar e a For\u00e7a T\u00e1tica iniciaram buscas intensas na regi\u00e3o. V. foi localizado escondido em uma casa abandonada, a cerca de cinco quil\u00f4metros do local dos fatos. Com ele, os policiais apreenderam um rev\u00f3lver calibre .32, o ve\u00edculo de fuga, roupas e um celular.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u200bO funcion\u00e1rio que acompanhava o autor dos disparos ainda n\u00e3o foi localizado e \u00e9 considerado foragido. O caso est\u00e1 sendo formalmente investigado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil para esclarecer a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de cada envolvido e concluir o inqu\u00e9rito.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
