O parlamentar avaliou que, caso nenhuma puni\u00e7\u00e3o fosse aprovada, ele retornaria ao plen\u00e1rio no dia seguinte com uma \u201cvit\u00f3ria plena\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"869\">O deputado destacou que o momento decisivo da sess\u00e3o ocorreu quando o placar apontou <strong data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"721\">226 votos a favor e 220 contra<\/strong>, configurando um impasse que inviabilizaria a cassa\u00e7\u00e3o. Para ele, esse resultado evidenciou a falta de apoio suficiente para a puni\u00e7\u00e3o mais severa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"1157\">\u201cA vota\u00e7\u00e3o que precisa ser analisada \u00e9 a que ficou em 226 a 220, porque foi ela que mostrou claramente o impasse\u201d, afirmou Braga.
