Ele n\u00e3o foi localizado no dia da opera\u00e7\u00e3o e era considerado foragido.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"900\">A PF apontou ind\u00edcios de que Carlos Lopes, em conjunto com outros operadores da Conafer, realizava pagamentos peri\u00f3dicos de propina a dirigentes do INSS e a pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1502\">\u201cO presidente da Conafer encontra-se em viagem em \u00e1rea de dif\u00edcil acesso e que apresenta limita\u00e7\u00f5es de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, o que explica a dificuldade de contato imediato. Ressalta-se que sua aus\u00eancia n\u00e3o decorreu, em nenhum momento, de tentativa de evas\u00e3o, oculta\u00e7\u00e3o ou resist\u00eancia \u00e0 atua\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades p\u00fablicas.
