O tenente-coronel Mauro Cid<\/strong>, ex-ajudante de ordens do ent\u00e3o presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL)<\/strong>, retirou nesta segunda-feira (3 de novembro<\/strong>) a tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica<\/strong> ap\u00f3s participar de uma audi\u00eancia admonit\u00f3ria<\/strong> no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF)<\/strong>. A sess\u00e3o, que durou cerca de uma hora, marcou o in\u00edcio oficial do cumprimento de sua pena.<\/p>\n

A audi\u00eancia teve como objetivo formalizar o regime aberto<\/strong> imposto a Cid, que foi condenado a dois anos de pris\u00e3o<\/strong> por envolvimento na tentativa de golpe de Estado<\/strong>. Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da CNN Brasil<\/strong>, o militar respondeu a todos os questionamentos da Corte e deixou o tribunal autorizado a permanecer em liberdade<\/strong>, desde que cumpra as condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas pela senten\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

TRANSI\u00c7\u00c3O PARA O REGIME ABERTO<\/h3>\n

Com a decis\u00e3o do STF, Mauro Cid passa a cumprir sua pena sem o uso de monitoramento eletr\u00f4nico<\/strong>, em um regime considerado mais flex\u00edvel, por\u00e9m ainda sob supervis\u00e3o judicial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

O ex-ajudante de ordens havia firmado acordo de dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada<\/strong>, e seus depoimentos foram considerados cruciais para o avan\u00e7o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> sobre as articula\u00e7\u00f5es que levaram \u00e0 tentativa de ruptura institucional.<\/p>\n
