O Governo Federal deu in\u00edcio, nesta segunda-feira (3 de novembro<\/strong>), \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Reforma Casa Brasil<\/strong>, uma iniciativa que promete transformar a realidade habitacional de milh\u00f5es de fam\u00edlias brasileiras. O programa oferece cr\u00e9dito acess\u00edvel para melhorias em moradias<\/strong>, como troca de pisos, ajustes em telhados, amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de varandas e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novos c\u00f4modos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 coordenada pelo Minist\u00e9rio das Cidades<\/strong>, em parceria com o Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda<\/strong>, e conta com R$ 40 bilh\u00f5es em cr\u00e9dito<\/strong> dispon\u00edvel. Os financiamentos ter\u00e3o juros a partir de 1,17% ao m\u00eas<\/strong> e poder\u00e3o ser contratados diretamente pelo site da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

FAIXAS DE RENDA E CONDI\u00c7\u00d5ES DE FINANCIAMENTO<\/h3>\n

Seguindo o modelo do Minha Casa, Minha Vida<\/strong>, o programa \u00e9 dividido em tr\u00eas faixas de renda<\/strong>, com condi\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas:<\/p>\n

Faixa Reforma 1<\/strong> \u2013 fam\u00edlias com renda de at\u00e9 R$ 3.200,00<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Amplia\u00e7\u00e3o, pintura, troca de piso e telhado<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Instala\u00e7\u00e3o de energia solar<\/strong> e outras melhorias estruturais<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Os interessados poder\u00e3o simular o cr\u00e9dito e iniciar o processo online<\/strong>, no portal da Caixa. O programa exige o envio de fotos da resid\u00eancia<\/strong> antes e ap\u00f3s a reforma, para libera\u00e7\u00e3o das parcelas do financiamento.<\/p>\n

          IMPACTO NA ECONOMIA E NA QUALIDADE DE VIDA<\/h3>\n

          De acordo com o ministro das Cidades, Jader Filho<\/strong>, o programa deve ter forte impacto econ\u00f4mico e social<\/strong>, movimentando diversos setores e promovendo dignidade \u00e0s fam\u00edlias brasileiras.<\/p>\n

          \n

          \u201cMuitas fam\u00edlias sonham em construir um c\u00f4modo a mais ou melhorar o telhado. Com o programa, vamos movimentar a ind\u00fastria, gerar renda e empregar arquitetos, engenheiros, pintores e outros profissionais. A reforma est\u00e1 chegando para que as fam\u00edlias recebam seus entes queridos com a dignidade que merecem\u201d, afirmou o ministro.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
