Iniciativa destina R$ 40 bilh\u00f5es em cr\u00e9dito habitacional, com foco em fam\u00edlias de baixa e m\u00e9dia renda<\/strong><\/p>\n

O presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT)<\/strong> lan\u00e7ou nesta segunda-feira (20) o programa Reforma Casa Brasil<\/strong>, voltado ao financiamento de reformas e amplia\u00e7\u00f5es de moradias<\/strong> em todo o pa\u00eds. A iniciativa \u00e9 desenvolvida pelos minist\u00e9rios da Fazenda e das Cidades<\/strong>, em parceria com a Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Segundo o governo, o objetivo \u00e9 atender fam\u00edlias que j\u00e1 possuem im\u00f3vel<\/strong>, mas enfrentam problemas estruturais ou de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, como telhados danificados, pisos comprometidos, instala\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas e hidr\u00e1ulicas prec\u00e1rias<\/strong>, al\u00e9m da falta de acessibilidade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

O programa contar\u00e1 com R$ 30 bilh\u00f5es provenientes do Fundo Social<\/strong>, voltado a fam\u00edlias com renda mensal de at\u00e9 R$ 9,6 mil<\/strong>. Esse fundo \u00e9 abastecido principalmente com recursos vindos dos royalties do petr\u00f3leo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

DUAS FAIXAS DE FINANCIAMENTO<\/strong><\/h3>\n

O Reforma Casa Brasil ser\u00e1 dividido em duas modalidades:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Faixa Melhoria 1<\/strong> \u2013 para fam\u00edlias com renda de at\u00e9 R$ 3.200<\/strong>, com juros de 1,17% ao m\u00eas<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Faixa Melhoria 2<\/strong> \u2013 para fam\u00edlias com renda entre R$ 3.200,01 e R$ 9.600<\/strong>, com juros de 1,95% ao m\u00eas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    O prazo m\u00e1ximo de pagamento ser\u00e1 de 60 meses<\/strong>, e a meta inicial<\/strong> do governo \u00e9 realizar 1,5 milh\u00e3o de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Al\u00e9m disso, a Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal<\/strong> disponibilizar\u00e1 R$ 10 bilh\u00f5es adicionais<\/strong> do SBPE (Sistema Brasileiro de Poupan\u00e7a e Empr\u00e9stimo)<\/strong> para fam\u00edlias com renda superior ao limite das faixas do programa, totalizando R$ 40 bilh\u00f5es em cr\u00e9dito habitacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    ACESSO E IMPACTO SOCIAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    De acordo com o Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto, a proposta busca melhorar a qualidade de vida das fam\u00edlias brasileiras<\/strong>, gerar empregos na constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil<\/strong> e estimular a economia local<\/strong>. O programa tamb\u00e9m visa reduzir o d\u00e9ficit habitacional qualitativo<\/strong>, relacionado \u00e0 precariedade das moradias existentes.<\/p>\n

    O Reforma Casa Brasil<\/strong> se soma a outras iniciativas do governo federal na \u00e1rea habitacional, como o Minha Casa, Minha Vida<\/strong>, que foi retomado no in\u00edcio do terceiro mandato de Lula.<\/p>\n
