A medida est\u00e1 relacionada a um processo iniciado em <strong data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"524\">2018<\/strong>, no qual Fontenelle foi condenada a pagar <strong data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"594\">indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 9 mil<\/strong> \u00e0 comunicadora <strong data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"634\">Jessica Ferr\u00e3o Lopes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"992\">A condena\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s Antonia divulgar, <strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"702\">sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, um v\u00eddeo de Jessica em seu canal no YouTube, o <em data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"762\">\u201cNa Lata\u201d<\/em>. A grava\u00e7\u00e3o foi compartilhada com coment\u00e1rios considerados ofensivos, o que levou a influenciadora plus size \u2014 conhecida por seu trabalho na <strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"955\">valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher e da diversidade corporal<\/strong> \u2014 a ingressar com a a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1227\">Mesmo passados mais de sete anos da senten\u00e7a, o valor da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi quitado. Durante o processo, uma empresa vinculada a Fontenelle tamb\u00e9m foi inclu\u00edda na a\u00e7\u00e3o, mas <strong data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1202\">n\u00e3o houve avan\u00e7o significativo<\/strong> na quita\u00e7\u00e3o da d\u00edvida.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1539\">No in\u00edcio de setembro, o <strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1298\">Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio Grande do Sul<\/strong> determinou oficialmente a <strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1363\">penhora dos bens da influenciadora<\/strong>, como forma de assegurar o pagamento da d\u00edvida, que atualmente j\u00e1 ultrapassa <strong data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1456\">R$ 34,4 mil<\/strong>. A decis\u00e3o marca um <strong data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1520\">novo cap\u00edtulo na longa disputa judicial<\/strong> entre as partes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1846\">Outro ponto que agrava a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o fato de que <strong data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1649\">Antonia Fontenelle deixou o Brasil em novembro de 2023<\/strong> e, desde ent\u00e3o, <strong data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1690\">n\u00e3o retornou ao pa\u00eds<\/strong>.
