A comiss\u00e3o especial da C\u00e2mara aprovou o projeto que isenta de Imposto de Renda quem recebe at\u00e9 R$ 5 mil mensais a partir de 2026, (PL 1087\/25) aprovou a proposta nesta quarta-feira (16). O relat\u00f3rio de Arthur Lira (PP-AL), tamb\u00e9m amplia para R$ 7.350 o limite de renda com desconto parcial.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O projeto segue para vota\u00e7\u00e3o no Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara e depois no Senado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A compensa\u00e7\u00e3o do custo da isen\u00e7\u00e3o, estimado em R$ 26 bilh\u00f5es, ser\u00e1 feita com a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de 10% sobre lucros e dividendos de contribuintes de alta renda.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ap\u00f3s novos c\u00e1lculos da Receita Federal, Lira reintroduziu no texto um mecanismo de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o para evitar que empresas e pessoas f\u00edsicas paguem al\u00e9m do limite m\u00e1ximo do IRPJ.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
