A m\u00e3e n\u00e3o era alvo dos disparos, mas levou um tiro de rasp\u00e3o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um policial militar atirou e matou o pr\u00f3prio irm\u00e3o ap\u00f3s uma briga familiar em Guarulhos, na Grande S\u00e3o Paulo. Durante o incidente, a m\u00e3e dos dois tamb\u00e9m foi baleada de rasp\u00e3o, e sobreviveu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo relato de Felipe Viana da Silva, de 31 anos, \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil, ele estava em seu quarto quando foi confrontado pelo pai e pelo irm\u00e3o, que exigiam o pagamento de uma d\u00edvida. A conversa esquentou e terminou em agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas entre Felipe e o pai. Em meio \u00e0 confus\u00e3o, o irm\u00e3o teria percebido que o PM estava armado e tentou desarm\u00e1-lo, momento em que os disparos foram efetuados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodrigo Viana da Silva, de 28 anos, foi atingido por dois tiros e morreu no local. A m\u00e3e dos envolvidos, de 55 anos, foi ferida de rasp\u00e3o e levada ao Hospital Geral de Guarulhos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na delegacia, o pai confirmou que houve discuss\u00e3o, mas alegou que o filho sacou a arma sem justificativa. Mesmo hospitalizada, a m\u00e3e prestou depoimento, relatando que tentou separar a briga e acabou sendo atingida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O caso foi registrado no 9\u00ba Distrito Policial de Guarulhos. Segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, Rodrigo era acompanhado por profissionais de sa\u00fade por conta de transtornos emocionais.
