O ministro do STF Luiz Fux votou para condenar a deputada Carla Zambelli (PL) pela invas\u00e3o ao sistema do CNJ, encerrando o julgamento na Primeira Turma. A deputada foi sentenciada, por unanimidade, a 10 anos de pris\u00e3o e \u00e0 perda do mandato. Embargos de declara\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser apresentados, mas n\u00e3o alteram a condena\u00e7\u00e3o, apenas retardam o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado. A perda do mandato precisa ser decidida pela C\u00e2mara, mas, pela jurisprud\u00eancia do STF, pode ser determinada pelo tribunal em casos de pena superior a 120 dias.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Al\u00e9m de Fux, votaram pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o Alexandre de Moraes (relator), Cristiano Zanin, Fl\u00e1vio Dino e C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia. Em nota, Zambelli criticou a decis\u00e3o, alegando cerceamento de defesa e falta de provas. Segundo Moraes, a deputada manteve v\u00ednculos com o hacker Walter Delgatti, que foi condenado a 8 anos e tr\u00eas meses. Ambos dever\u00e3o pagar R$ 2 milh\u00f5es em indeniza\u00e7\u00f5es, al\u00e9m de multas individuais de R$ 2,1 milh\u00f5es para Zambelli e R$ 520 mil para Delgatti.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
