Morreu nessa sexta-feira, (25\/04) o ex-candidato a vereador de Campo Grande e assessor-chefe da Secretaria Municipal Especial de Articula\u00e7\u00e3o Regional, Lu\u00eds Enrique Nascimento Ojeda, aos 35 anos. A not\u00edcia foi compartilhada nas redes sociais da deputada estadual Mara Caseiro (PSDB).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es apuradas pelo Correio do Estado, Ojeda teria sido encontrado pela sua m\u00e3e enf0rcad0 em casa acompanhado de um bilhete endere\u00e7ado \u00e0 ex-companheira. H\u00e1 a suspeita de suic\u00eddio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ojeda disputou o cargo de vereador em Campo Grande nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2024, ficando como suplente do partido Uni\u00e3o Brasil, com 887 votos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Lu\u00eds Enrique Ojeda foi preso em flagrante no dia 5 de mar\u00e7o por quebrar medida protetiva. Segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, o homem teria perseguido a mulher at\u00e9 a DEAM (Delegacia de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher), onde foi registrar queixa contra ele.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com testemunhas, Ojeda estava bastante alterado, insistia em falar com a v\u00edtima e causou tumulto no local. O casal tem uma filha de quatro anos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A irm\u00e3 da v\u00edtima disse \u00e0 pol\u00edcia que o ex-candidato teria abandonado a filha e a mulher, com quem teria um relacionamento marital h\u00e1 seis anos, na \u00e9poca da campanha a vereador, mas, depois que perdeu a elei\u00e7\u00e3o, tentou reatar o relacionamento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo ela, a irm\u00e3 j\u00e1 havia pedido medida protetiva contra ele, mas por conta da filha, permitiu que tivessem a guarda compartilhada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo o registro policial, a irm\u00e3 da ex-companheira do acusado relatou que Ojeda passou a amea\u00e7ar as duas mulheres de morte. \u201cVoc\u00ea vai pagar caro! Vai pagar um pre\u00e7o alt\u00edssimo! Vai se lembrar de tudo!\u201d, teria dito o homem.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O advogado de defesa, Alberto Torres, usou o cargo de Ojeda na prefeitura como atenuante para que n\u00e3o fosse decretada a pris\u00e3o preventiva e, sim, a libera\u00e7\u00e3o mediante uso de tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Tamb\u00e9m destacou os antecedentes do servidor como \u201c+30 anos, prim\u00e1rio, residente na Comarca dos fatos, Servidor P\u00fablico, com laudo e diagn\u00f3stico fechado de depress\u00e3o e transtornos mentais\/comportamentais causados pelo uso de subst\u00e2ncias psicoativas\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
