{"id":71374,"date":"2025-04-23T20:37:09","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T23:37:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=71374"},"modified":"2025-04-23T20:37:11","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T23:37:11","slug":"justica-determina-afastamento-do-presidente-do-inss-apos-suspeita-de-fraude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=71374","title":{"rendered":"JUSTI\u00c7A DETERMINA AFASTAMENTO DO PRESIDENTE DO INSS AP\u00d3S SUSPEITA DE FRAUDE&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">A Justi\u00e7a Federal determinou o afastamento do presidente do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS), Alessandro Stefanutto, um dos alvos da opera\u00e7\u00e3o que a Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) e a Controladoria-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (CGU) deflagraram na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (23).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Batizada de Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Sem Desconto, a a\u00e7\u00e3o mobilizou cerca de 700 policiais federais e 80 servidores da CGU nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre um suposto esquema de descontos criminosos de aposentados e pensionistas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">De acordo com a PF, investigadores j\u00e1 reuniram ind\u00edcios que sugerem a exist\u00eancia de \u201cum esquema nacional de descontos de mensalidade associativa n\u00e3o autorizados em aposentadorias e pens\u00f5es\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">O c\u00e1lculo \u00e9 que as entidades investigadas tenham descontado de aposentados e pensionistas cerca de R$ 6,3 bilh\u00f5es entre 2019 e 2024.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">A Justi\u00e7a Federal tamb\u00e9m determinou que outros cinco servidores p\u00fablicos cujos nomes n\u00e3o foram divulgados sejam afastados de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es.
