A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Maranh\u00e3o prendeu, nesta quinta-feira (17), J.M.A, de 36 anos, principal suspeita da morte do menino Lu\u00eds Fernando Rocha Silva, de 7 anos, ap\u00f3s a ingest\u00e3o de um ovo de P\u00e1scoa supostamente envenenado. O caso ocorreu na cidade de Imperatriz, no sudoeste do estado, e tamb\u00e9m deixou a m\u00e3e e a irm\u00e3 da v\u00edtima internadas em estado grave.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o ovo de P\u00e1scoa foi entregue \u00e0 fam\u00edlia na noite da \u00faltima quarta-feira (16), por meio de um motoboy, como se fosse um presente. Junto ao item, havia um bilhete com os dizeres: \u201cCom amor, para Mirian Lira. Feliz P\u00e1scoa\u201d. Ap\u00f3s o consumo do chocolate, os tr\u00eas familiares passaram mal. A crian\u00e7a n\u00e3o resistiu. A m\u00e3e, Mirian Lira, de 32 anos, e a irm\u00e3, Evelyn Fernanda, de 13, continuam internadas na UTI do Hospital Municipal de Imperatriz.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

J. foi localizada em um \u00f4nibus interurbano, no munic\u00edpio de Santa In\u00eas. A pris\u00e3o foi resultado de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta entre a Pol\u00edcia Civil e o Centro de Intelig\u00eancia da Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica do Maranh\u00e3o. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apontou que a suspeita \u00e9 ex-namorada do atual companheiro de Mirian Lira, m\u00e3e da crian\u00e7a.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que J. teria enviado o ovo de P\u00e1scoa intencionalmente \u00e0 resid\u00eancia da fam\u00edlia. O caso \u00e9 tratado como homic\u00eddio qualificado e tentativa de homic\u00eddio. Um inqu\u00e9rito foi instaurado pela Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios de Imperatriz, que segue colhendo depoimentos e reunindo provas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O corpo de Lu\u00eds Fernando passou por exame de necropsia no Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal (IML) de Imperatriz. A Pol\u00edcia Civil aguarda o laudo pericial que deve confirmar a subst\u00e2ncia respons\u00e1vel pela morte e pelos sintomas nas demais v\u00edtimas. Amostras de material biol\u00f3gico da m\u00e3e e da irm\u00e3 tamb\u00e9m foram coletadas pelo Instituto de Criminal\u00edstica (ICrim) para an\u00e1lise laboratorial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A pol\u00edcia segue apurando a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime e refor\u00e7ou que o caso permanece em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. A suspeita permanece custodiada \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
