A decis\u00e3o foi publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial em 2 de janeiro e aponta supostas irregularidades administrativas e dificuldades financeiras na institui\u00e7\u00e3o. A dire\u00e7\u00e3o da Santa Casa entrou com pedido de tutela para tentar reverter a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, mas a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o foi negada pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/span><\/div>\n

A Prefeitura de Ipaussu (SP) decretou interven\u00e7\u00e3o na Santa Casa do munic\u00edpio, alegando irregularidades administrativas e dificuldades financeiras na institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n

O decreto, assinado pelo novo prefeito Lu\u00eds Carlos Souto (PSD) em 2 de janeiro, determinou a dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o da diretoria e dos conselhos de gest\u00e3o, que permanecer\u00e3o afastados por 180 dias.<\/div>\n

De acordo com a prefeitura, a decis\u00e3o foi motivada por problemas como a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de familiares do ex-prefeito S\u00e9rgio Guidio (PSDB) para a diretoria, falta de transpar\u00eancia na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas e a incompatibilidade da provedora da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, que \u00e9 servidora p\u00fablica, contrariando a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a prefeitura afirma que a Santa Casa enfrenta um d\u00e9ficit financeiro, com mais de 200 pacientes aguardando cirurgias, e dificuldades para arcar com sal\u00e1rios, apesar do repasse mensal de R$ 280 mil feito pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.<\/div>\n

Em nota, o ex-prefeito S\u00e9rgio Guidio classificou a interven\u00e7\u00e3o como arbitr\u00e1ria e ilegal, afirmando que deixou a gest\u00e3o da Santa Casa regularizada. A institui\u00e7\u00e3o tentou barrar a medida na Justi\u00e7a, mas o pedido de tutela foi negado, e o caso segue em an\u00e1lise.<\/div>\n

Apesar da interven\u00e7\u00e3o, a prefeitura garantiu que os atendimentos, que chegam a uma m\u00e9dia de 150 por dia, continuam funcionando normalmente, sem mudan\u00e7as no corpo t\u00e9cnico de m\u00e9dicos e enfermeiros.<\/div>\n
