Na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira, 30 de dezembro de 2024, por volta das 8h, a Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental de Ourinhos realizou mais uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de patrulhamento de rotina. Enquanto se deslocava pelo bairro Mundo Novo, na estrada vicinal da CESP, a equipe avistou um ve\u00edculo parado \u00e0 beira da estrada, onde uma mulher estava abandonando dois filhotes de cachorro.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ao perceber a presen\u00e7a da viatura, a suspeita tentou fugir do local, mas foi rapidamente acompanhada e abordada pelos policiais. Identificada como S.R., a mulher inicialmente negou o abandono, alegando que havia parado apenas para realizar necessidades fisiol\u00f3gicas. No entanto, diante da insist\u00eancia dos policiais, confessou ter deixado os filhotes por n\u00e3o ter condi\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras para cuidar deles.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A equipe retornou ao local do abandono juntamente com S.R. e conseguiu resgatar os animais, que ainda estavam nas proximidades. Os dois filhotes foram encaminhados para atendimento veterin\u00e1rio e, posteriormente, destinados \u00e0 ONG “Gaiola Aberta”, localizada em Ourinhos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

S.R. foi conduzida ao Centro de Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria (CPJ) de Ourinhos, onde a autoridade de plant\u00e3o a autuou por maus-tratos a animais dom\u00e9sticos, conforme previsto em lei. Al\u00e9m disso, foi aplicada uma multa no valor de R$ 6.000,00. A mulher permaneceu \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia do combate ao abandono e aos maus-tratos contra animais, e o destino dos filhotes agora estar\u00e1 sob os cuidados da ONG, que busca garantir um futuro melhor para eles.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
