O decreto ser\u00e1 publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU) de segunda-feira (23). O texto deste ano, ao qual a CNN teve acesso, amplia o benef\u00edcio para mulheres.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O perd\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser concedido para gestantes com gravidez de alto risco, comprovado por laudo m\u00e9dico. M\u00e3es e av\u00f3s condenadas por crime sem grave amea\u00e7a ou viol\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e3o direito ao benef\u00edcio caso comprovem serem essenciais para o cuidado de crian\u00e7as at\u00e9 12 anos com defici\u00eancia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O texto, assinado na sexta-feira (20), prev\u00ea ainda perd\u00e3o da pena para infectados com HIV em est\u00e1gio terminal ou que tenham grave doen\u00e7a \u2014 cr\u00f4nica ou altamente contagiosa sem possibilidade de atendimento na unidade prisional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
