Na tarde da \u00faltima sexta-feira (13), um homem de 46 anos foi preso, acusado de incendiar um canavial na zona rural de Araraquara, nas proximidades de Furnas. O incidente foi registrado no Plant\u00e3o Policial e est\u00e1 sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, policiais militares avistaram uma grande quantidade de fuma\u00e7a durante patrulhamento e se dirigiram ao local. Ao chegarem, encontraram funcion\u00e1rios de uma usina que tentavam conter o inc\u00eandio. Os trabalhadores relataram que o suspeito, que estava de bicicleta, havia solicitado o envio de um caminh\u00e3o-pipa para sua propriedade.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ap\u00f3s a negativa da usina em atender o pedido, o homem teria demonstrado irrita\u00e7\u00e3o, afirmando: “Tomara que pegue fogo na cana e voc\u00eas n\u00e3o consigam apagar”. Pouco depois de sua partida, o inc\u00eandio teve in\u00edcio, sendo necess\u00e1ria a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da brigada de inc\u00eandio da usina.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas pelos funcion\u00e1rios, os policiais localizaram o suspeito nas proximidades de uma represa utilizada pela usina para capta\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua. O homem foi conduzido ao Plant\u00e3o Policial, onde foi ouvido e o caso registrado como crime de inc\u00eandio.
