Eduardo Henrique Santos Gomes, de 14 anos, morreu ap\u00f3s ser atropelado em Blumenau, no Vale do Itaja\u00ed, em Santa Catarina, na noite de s\u00e1bado (20). Outro garoto, de 12, tamb\u00e9m foi atingido, mas sobreviveu e foi levado ao hospital.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O motorista fugiu do local. Contudo, foi encontrado depois, em uma festa, e preso em flagrante, informou a Pol\u00edcia Militar. Ele se recusou a fazer o teste do baf\u00f4metro, mas os policiais constataram que ele estava b\u00eabado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Na delegacia, o motorista assumiu os atropelamentos e disse que fugiu em p\u00e2nico. Al\u00e9m disso, admitiu ter bebido antes de dirigir, informou o delegado Rafael Lorencetti, que fez o flagrante.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O acidente ocorreu por volta das 18h. O Corpo de Bombeiros Militar e o Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia (SAMU) estiveram no local.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Quando os socorristas chegaram, o adolescente j\u00e1 estava sem sinais vitais. A morte dele foi constatada pela m\u00e9dica do SAMU.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O outro garoto atropelado teve les\u00e3o na perna e escoria\u00e7\u00f5es pelo corpo. Ele foi levado ao Hospital Santo Ant\u00f4nio, em Blumenau.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O motorista fugiu do local antes da chegada dos socorristas. De acordo com a PM, ele foi para a casa onde morava. Ele residia com uma tia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nesse local, ele deixou o carro e depois, de moto, foi para uma festa de amigos. Segundo a PM, eles n\u00e3o sabiam sobre os atropelamentos e contribu\u00edram com a pol\u00edcia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O suspeito foi preso em flagrante por embriaguez e omiss\u00e3o de socorro. Ele foi levado \u00e0 Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O delegado Rafael Lorencetti autuou o suspeito por homic\u00eddio culposo e les\u00e3o corporal, ambos com o agravante de<\/div>\n
embriaguez ao volante. Ele tamb\u00e9m deve responder por omiss\u00e3o de socorro e fuga do local do acidente para evitar responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o criminal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a Pol\u00edcia Civil pediu a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de per\u00edcias. Com o suspeito, os policiais encontraram dois comprimidos de ecstasy, conforme o delegado. Ele foi ouvido, assim como uma testemunha que presenciou o acidente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
