No entanto, o INSS tem dificultado a concess\u00e3o de aposentadoria ou convers\u00e3o de tempo especial em comum para esses trabalhadores.<\/p>\n<p>Neste texto, irei explicar para voc\u00eas tudo que precisam saber sobre Aposentadoria Especial do Eletricista e Eletricit\u00e1rio. Vamos l\u00e1!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>O QUE \u00c9 APOSENTADORIA ESPECIAL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A Aposentadoria Especial \u00e9 um benef\u00edcio previdenci\u00e1rio, no qual o segurado (trabalhador) tem o direito de aposentar com um tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o menor, em raz\u00e3o do trabalhador estar exposto, de forma permanente, a agentes nocivos \u00e0 sua sa\u00fade. Dependendo da gravidade do agente nocivo, a aposentadoria se dar\u00e1 com 15, 20 ou 25 anos.<\/p>\n<p>Os agentes nocivos, que concedem ao trabalhador a possibilidade de Aposentadoria Especial, podem ser f\u00edsicos, qu\u00edmicos ou biol\u00f3gicos. Exemplos de agentes f\u00edsicos s\u00e3o ru\u00eddos, temperatura, radia\u00e7\u00e3o, eletricidade, etc. Agentes qu\u00edmicos incluem subst\u00e2ncias como ars\u00eanico, chumbo, cromo, entre outros. J\u00e1 os agentes biol\u00f3gicos envolvem o contato com pacientes infecto-contagiosos, animais infectados, entre outros.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>QUAL ELETRICISTA E ELETRICI\u00c1RIO TEM DIREITO \u00c0 APOSENTADORIA ESPECIAL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A primeira informa\u00e7\u00e3o importante \u00e9 que at\u00e9 28\/04\/1995, a atividade especial do eletricista era caracterizada pelo enquadramento por categoria profissional. A partir de 29\/04\/1995, passou a ser exigida a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a eletricidade superior a 250 volts atrav\u00e9s do Perfil Profissiogr\u00e1fico Previdenci\u00e1rio (PPP), fornecido pela empresa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 importante destacar que o empregador n\u00e3o pode cobrar pelo fornecimento do PPP. Portanto, se voc\u00ea \u00e9 eletricista ou eletricit\u00e1rio e est\u00e1 exposto a eletricidade superior a 250 volts, possuir o PPP \u00e9 essencial para garantir seu direito \u00e0 Aposentadoria Especial.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>REQUISITOS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Antes da Reforma da Previd\u00eancia, se voc\u00ea tinha 25 anos de atividade especial at\u00e9 12\/11\/2019, n\u00e3o havia exig\u00eancia de idade m\u00ednima para a Aposentadoria Especial.
