O apresentador e comentarista\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Ferreira Neto,<\/strong>\u00a0da\u00a0TV Bandeirantes,<\/strong>\u00a0foi condenado a pagar R$ 5 mil por danos morais ao ex-apresentador da\u00a0Rede TV<\/strong>\u00a0,\u00a0Sik\u00eara J\u00fanior.<\/strong>\u00a0A pedido inicial era de R$ 60 mil.<\/p>\n

Em 2021, Sik\u00eara comandava um programa chamado \u201cAlerta Nacional\u201d, e uma forte declara\u00e7\u00e3o contra a comunidade LGBTQI+, dizendo que se tratava de uma \u201cRa\u00e7a desgra\u00e7ada\u201d. Revoltado,\u00a0Neto<\/strong>\u00a0usou seu programa para rebater.<\/p>\n

“Queria te encontrar um dia, n\u00e3o sei onde voc\u00ea vai. Talvez, voc\u00ea v\u00e1 at\u00e9 em lugares que n\u00e3o vou. Diga-se de passagem, n\u00e3o adianta pedir desculpas, tem que aprender com os seus erros”, disse Neto.<\/p>\n

\u201cA\u00ed, depois, quando a corda vem no seu pesco\u00e7o, pede desculpa. Desculpa nada. O seu pensamento \u00e9 esse. Voc\u00ea \u00e9 homof\u00f3bico”,\u00a0completou.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s isso, Sik\u00eara entrou com processo alegando que a declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Neto \u201csua imagem e honra\u201d. A defesa de\u00a0Neto,<\/strong>\u00a0por sua vez, afirmou que o comentarista usou liberdade de express\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
