Nesta segunda-feira (3), Rivaldo Barbosa, ex-chefe da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Rio de Janeiro, afirmou n\u00e3o conhecer os irm\u00e3os Domingo e Chiquinho Braz\u00e3o, negando qualquer participa\u00e7\u00e3o no plano que resultou no assassinato da vereadora Marielle Franco (PSOL-RJ) e do motorista Anderson Gomes. Essas declara\u00e7\u00f5es foram feitas durante seu depoimento \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal.<\/p>\n

Segundo o Portal G1, Rivaldo Barbosa acusou Ronnie Lessa de tentar se vingar dele por t\u00ea-lo prendido durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es do caso Marielle. O delegado respondeu todas as perguntas feitas pela PF.<\/p>\n

Barbosa foi detido em 24 de mar\u00e7o no Rio de Janeiro e levado para a Penitenci\u00e1ria Federal de Bras\u00edlia. As acusa\u00e7\u00f5es incluem obstru\u00e7\u00e3o e atrapalho nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es do caso em troca de R$ 400 mil de propina.<\/p>\n

Rivaldo Barbosa solicitou ser ouvido pela PF em abril, mas n\u00e3o obteve resposta. Em maio, enviou uma carta ao ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, pedindo que a PF colhesse seu depoimento. O magistrado atendeu ao pedido e o depoimento foi realizado na tarde de hoje.<\/p>\n

Os irm\u00e3os Domingos e Chiquinho Braz\u00e3o foram presos no mesmo dia que Rivaldo, sendo acusados de serem os mandantes do crime. Ronnie Lessa, respons\u00e1vel pelos disparos, fez uma dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada, acusando o delegado de atrapalhar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es para proteger os irm\u00e3os Braz\u00e3o em troca de propina.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Federal acompanhou o depoimento de Rivaldo com dois agentes, dois advogados, um membro da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) e um delegado.<\/p>\n

A PF acredita que, neste momento,\u00a0Rivaldo n\u00e3o ir\u00e1 colaborar com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, pois se colocou como v\u00edtima de Ronnie Lessa e negou qualquer participa\u00e7\u00e3o no crime.<\/p>\n

Os irm\u00e3os Braz\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m negam qualquer envolvimento com o assassinato de Marielle Franco.<\/p>\n
