{"id":66418,"date":"2024-05-08T12:02:10","date_gmt":"2024-05-08T15:02:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=66418"},"modified":"2024-05-08T12:11:04","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T15:11:04","slug":"bolsonaristas-apresentam-projeto-de-lei-com-base-em-fake-news-sobre-rs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=66418","title":{"rendered":"BOLSONARISTAS APRESENTAM PROJETO DE LEI COM BASE EM FAKE-NEWS SOBRE RS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"Text__TextBase-sc-1d75gww-0 braIGx noticiaCabecalho__subtitulo\">Bolsonaristas apresentam projeto baseado em fake news de que governo estaria dificultando chegada de doa\u00e7\u00f5es e ajuda ao Rio Grande do Sul<\/h2>\n<p>Um grupo de 25 deputados federais<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/tag\/bolsonaristas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0bolsonaristas<\/a>\u00a0de partidos como\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/tag\/pl\">PL<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/tag\/uniao-brasil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uni\u00e3o Brasil<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/tag\/pp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PP<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/tag\/mdb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MDB<\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/tag\/psd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PSD<\/a>\u00a0apresentaram\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.leg.br\/proposicoesWeb\/prop_mostrarintegra?codteor=2418300&amp;filename=PL%201633\/2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">um projeto de lei sobre a trag\u00e9dia clim\u00e1tica<\/a> do Rio Grande do Sul baseado em uma s\u00e9rie de fake-news divulgadas na internet.<\/p>\n<p data-gtm-vis-recent-on-screen104869357_94=\"18690\" data-gtm-vis-first-on-screen104869357_94=\"18690\" data-gtm-vis-total-visible-time104869357_94=\"100\" data-gtm-vis-has-fired104869357_94=\"1\">A proposta, que foi protocolada pelo deputado\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.leg.br\/deputados\/220666\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coronel Meira<\/a>\u00a0(PL-PE), se baseia nas not\u00edcias falsas sobre uma suposta cobran\u00e7a de impostos sobre doa\u00e7\u00f5es e exig\u00eancia de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o de quem usa barcos e jet skis para resgatar pessoas ilhadas.<\/p>\n<p>As fake-news s\u00e3o citadas pelos nominalmente no projeto de lei, que prop\u00f5e classificar como crime a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de dificuldades em servi\u00e7os de combate ao perigo, socorro ou salvamento ou na entrega de donativos e resgate \u00e0 v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cO que estamos vendo, no entanto, \u00e9 uma s\u00e9rie de casos em que volunt\u00e1rios propriet\u00e1rios de barcos ou jet skis, na tentativa de entregar suprimentos ou oferecer o resgate \u00e0s vitimas das enchentes, acabam sendo impedidos ou cobrados de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, documenta\u00e7\u00e3o ou habilita\u00e7\u00e3o para transitar com os ve\u00edculos\u201d, afirmam os deputados na proposta.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Os parlamentares citam tamb\u00e9m a informa\u00e7\u00e3o<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/antt\/pt-br\/assuntos\/ultimas-noticias\/nota-de-esclarecimento-antt-garante-fluxo-livre-de-donativos-para-o-rs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0j\u00e1 desmentida pela ANTT<\/a>\u00a0(Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres) de que caminh\u00f5es de donativos estariam sendo barrados na entrada do Rio Grande do Sul por peso e falta de nota fiscal.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cOutros relatos apontam que caminh\u00f5es com donativos est\u00e3o sendo barrados na entrada do estado sob a exig\u00eancia de nota fiscal ou por ultrapassarem em poucos quilos a toler\u00e2ncia de peso na balan\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria.
