Hoje, o Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto concluiu a primeira fase de empenho dessas emendas, com um total de R$ 14 bilh\u00f5es destinados no primeiro quadrimestre de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Essa quantia representa tr\u00eas vezes mais do que o governo anterior conseguiu nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2020, de acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da jornalista M\u00f4nica Bergamo, da Folha de S.Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>Comparativamente, na elei\u00e7\u00e3o municipal anterior, de janeiro a abril, Bolsonaro empenhou R$ 4,18 bilh\u00f5es em emendas parlamentares. Esse per\u00edodo coincidiu com o estado de emerg\u00eancia decretado devido \u00e0 pandemia da Covid-19, o que impactou as a\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais e as prioridades de investimento na \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 no ano passado, sem elei\u00e7\u00f5es, o governo Lula empenhou R$ 350 milh\u00f5es em emendas parlamentares.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a Secretaria das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais, cujo ministro \u00e9 Alexandre Padilha (PT-SP),\u00a0o governo se comprometeu a liberar os recursos at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo dia do prazo, 30 de junho.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, o Congresso Nacional e o Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto enfrentam momentos de confrontos e tens\u00f5es, com parlamentares cobrando libera\u00e7\u00f5es de verbas e discutindo pautas controversas, como a PEC do Quinqu\u00eanio, da qual o ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad (PT-SP), \u00e9 completamente contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>As emendas parlamentares s\u00e3o vistas como uma das principais ferramentas para os parlamentares atingirem suas bases eleitorais,\u00a0principalmente em anos eleitorais.<\/p>\n<p>O empenho \u00e9 o compromisso do governo em realizar o pagamento, enquanto a libera\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva dos recursos ocorre posteriormente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O governo de Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT) superou a gest\u00e3o de Jair Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) na libera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":66313,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[218,124,166],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.6 -
