Na tarde desta segunda-feira (15), os advogados de defesa do homem acusado de importunar sexualmente uma menina de 7 anos no bairro Vila Nova, em Assis, emitiram uma nota \u00e0 imprensa contestando veementemente as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es feitas contra seu cliente.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O incidente, ocorrido no \u00faltimo domingo (14), foi capturado por c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a que registraram o momento em que a menina chega at\u00e9 a porta do estabelecimento comercial de sua av\u00f3. Em seguida, um carro prata \u00e9 visto parando na esquina, com um homem aparentemente com o \u00f3rg\u00e3o genital exposto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo relatos da av\u00f3 da menina, Silvana Rodrigues, a crian\u00e7a interpretou erroneamente a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, acreditando que o homem estivesse apenas urinando. Apesar de terem sido comunicadas, as autoridades policiais n\u00e3o puderam agir de imediato devido \u00e0 falta de provas concretas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Posteriormente, no per\u00edodo da tarde, o endere\u00e7o do homem foi identificado pela fam\u00edlia ap\u00f3s o v\u00eddeo das c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a ser compartilhado nas redes sociais. A fam\u00edlia da menina e outros moradores locais se dirigiram at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia do suspeito, e, segundo relatos, utilizando viol\u00eancia, coagiram o homem a confessar o que teria feito com a menina.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A pol\u00edcia foi novamente acionada para intervir na situa\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, de acordo com as autoridades, como o homem n\u00e3o havia cometido nenhum ato direto contra a menina, n\u00e3o poderiam tomar medidas coercitivas contra ele naquele momento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O caso foi encaminhado \u00e0 Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher, onde est\u00e3o sendo tomadas as devidas provid\u00eancias. A mat\u00e9ria permanecer\u00e1 em constante atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o conforme novas informa\u00e7\u00f5es forem disponibilizadas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
