Jair Bolsonaro\u00a0\u00a0(PL) decidiu recorrer ao\u00a0STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal)\u00a0, nesta segunda-feira (1\u00ba), ap\u00f3s o ministro Flavio Dino negar seu recurso contra a derrubada de uma multa imposta pelo\u00a0TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral)\u00a0.\u00a0O ex-presidente da Rep\u00fablica, vale lembrar,\u00a0\u00a0foi condenado a pagar R$ 70 mil por\u00a0impulsionar publica\u00e7\u00f5es com cr\u00edticas a Lula (PT).<\/p>\n

Dino afirmou que a decis\u00e3o original, do TSE, est\u00e1 de acordo com a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o. A defesa de Bolsonaro, por sua vez, chama a atitude da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral de “a\u00e7\u00e3o repreensiva”.<\/p>\n

“Trata-se de atua\u00e7\u00e3o repressiva da Especializada ao remover conte\u00fado informador em sentido material, ainda que se entenda por haver m\u00ednima irregularidade, mas condizente com o pluralismo de ideias e pensamentos imanente \u00e0 seara pol\u00edtico eleitoral”, diz a defesa do ex-mandat\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, o relat\u00f3rio feitos pelos advogados de Bolsonaro afirma que a “propaganda eleitoral \u00e9 poderoso instrumento de informa\u00e7\u00e3o e concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o da soberania popular”.\u00a0Como Dino n\u00e3o analisou o m\u00e9rito do recurso, a defesa pede que a Corte aprecie o caso.<\/p>\n

Bolsonaro foi condenado por impulsionar publica\u00e7\u00f5es na internet com cr\u00edticas ao seu ent\u00e3o concorrente \u00e0 presid\u00eancia, Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva\u00a0(PT), em 2022.
