O ex-atleta foi detido pela Pol\u00edcia Federal, que cumpriu o mandado expedido pela Justi\u00e7a Federal de Santos. Robinho agora ser\u00e1 encaminhado a uma audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia para\u00a0definir quais ser\u00e3o as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sua pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"  \">O ex-jogador foi condenado a nove anos de deten\u00e7\u00e3o na It\u00e1lia, em 2017, por ter cometido estupro coletivo contra uma jovem, em 2013. A homologa\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento da pena do ex-atleta no Brasil foi decidido pelo STJ (Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a), na \u00faltima quarta-feira (20).<\/p>\n<p>A defesa de\u00a0<strong>Robinho<\/strong>\u00a0ainda tentava um habeas corpus junto ao STF (Superior Tribunal Federal),\u00a0para que o ex-jogador pudesse aguardar\u00a0em liberdade at\u00e9 que todos os recursos que ser\u00e3o apresentados por sua defesa fossem analisados. No entanto, o ministro Luiz Fux negou o pedido.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">O julgamento do caso Robinho foi realizado pela Corte Especial do STJ, que \u00e9 composta pelos ministros mais antigos do tribunal. Por 9 votos a 2,\u00a0ficou determinado o cumprimento da condena\u00e7\u00e3o do ex-jogador em territ\u00f3rio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m foi decidido que Robinho cumpra a pena em regime fechado e de forma imediata, antes de uma eventual an\u00e1lise de recursos que ser\u00e3o apresentados pela defesa do ex-atleta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por que Robinho n\u00e3o cumpriu pena na It\u00e1lia?<\/strong><br \/>\nA Justi\u00e7a italiana pediu, na \u00e9poca da condena\u00e7\u00e3o, que Robinho fosse extraditado para poder cumprir a pena no pa\u00eds em que foi condenado. No entanto, o Brasil n\u00e3o faz a extradi\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus cidad\u00e3os.
