Um tr\u00e1gico incidente ocorreu por volta das 14h desta quarta-feira (13) em S\u00e3o Miguel Paulista, na zona leste de S\u00e3o Paulo, quando o funcion\u00e1rio Odail Maximiliano Silva Paula, de 27 anos da PSC-Alpitel, empresa terceirizada da concession\u00e1ria Enel, foi v\u00edtima de homic\u00eddio.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O crime aconteceu logo ap\u00f3s o eletricista realizar o corte de energia na academia R. F., localizada na rua Antonio Carlos Lamego, 148, em Ermelino Matarazzo, devido \u00e0 inadimpl\u00eancia. Testemunhas relatam que funcion\u00e1rios da academia se envolveram em uma discuss\u00e3o com o prestador de servi\u00e7os na rua, tentando evitar o desligamento, por\u00e9m, o profissional prosseguiu com a a\u00e7\u00e3o e cortou os fios no poste em frente ao estabelecimento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Em seguida, o propriet\u00e1rio da academia, R.R., de 44 anos, teria buscado o trabalhador na regi\u00e3o e o encontrou em um posto de gasolina na avenida S\u00e3o Miguel. Lamentavelmente, durante o confronto, o empres\u00e1rio disparou um tiro que atingiu a regi\u00e3o da axila do funcion\u00e1rio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo a Folha de S.Paulo, o prestador de servi\u00e7o foi prontamente socorrido e encaminhado a um hospital local, por\u00e9m, infelizmente, n\u00e3o resistiu aos ferimentos e veio a falecer. R.. foi detido pela Pol\u00edcia Militar em um curto per\u00edodo de tempo ap\u00f3s o ocorrido e, segundo relatos das autoridades, admitiu ter efetuado o disparo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
