Advogados do ex-presidente buscam inclus\u00e3o de novos documentos em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre suposto golpe de Estado<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

A defesa do ex-presidente\u00a0Jair\u00a0Bolsonaro\u00a0(PL) solicitou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (5) ao ministro do\u00a0STF\u00a0(Supremo Tribunal Federal)\u00a0Alexandre de Moraes\u00a0acesso aos depoimentos dos ex-comandantes do Ex\u00e9rcito Marco Ant\u00f4nio Freire Gomes e da Aeron\u00e1utica Carlos Baptista J\u00fanior. Esses depoimentos est\u00e3o relacionados \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre um suposto golpe de Estado que impediria a posse de\u00a0\u00a0Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT)\u00a0na Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

Os advogados de\u00a0\u00a0Bolsonaro\u00a0requereram uma “atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos autos com a juntada dos termos de declara\u00e7\u00f5es relativos \u00e0s \u00faltimas oitivas realizadas”. Isso ocorre ap\u00f3s o ex-presidente ter tido acesso ao inqu\u00e9rito em 19 de fevereiro, e agora buscam a inclus\u00e3o dos novos documentos na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O general Marco Ant\u00f4nio Freire Gomes, ex-comandante do Ex\u00e9rcito, prestou depoimento \u00e0\u00a0Pol\u00edcia Federal\u00a0na \u00faltima sexta-feira (1\u00ba), enquanto o ex-comandante da Aeron\u00e1utica, brigadeiro-do-ar Carlos Baptista J\u00fanior, dep\u00f4s em 23 de fevereiro. Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Federal, ambos tinham conhecimento do suposto plano arquitetado pelos aliados do ex-presidente e n\u00e3o agiram para impedir.<\/p>\n

Um trecho do relat\u00f3rio da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, obtido pelo\u00a0R7<\/em>\u00a0, cita que, “considerando a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de agentes garantidores, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio avan\u00e7ar na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, para apurar uma poss\u00edvel conduta comissiva por omiss\u00e3o, pelo fato de terem tomado ci\u00eancia dos atos que estavam sendo praticados para subverter o regime democr\u00e1tico e, mesmo assim, na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de comandantes do Ex\u00e9rcito e da Aeron\u00e1utica, quedaram-se inertes”.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Federal indicou que a\u00a0investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a tentativa de golpe\u00a0est\u00e1 relacionada com a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de uma suposta organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa com cinco eixos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o e seis n\u00facleos. Esses eixos incluem ataques virtuais a opositores, \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es, ao sistema eletr\u00f4nico de vota\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 higidez do processo eleitoral, tentativa de golpe de Estado e de aboli\u00e7\u00e3o violenta do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito, ataques \u00e0s vacinas contra a Covid-19 e \u00e0s medidas sanit\u00e1rias na pandemia, al\u00e9m do uso da estrutura do Estado para obten\u00e7\u00e3o de vantagens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
