Capit\u00e3o Assum\u00e7\u00e3o usou as redes sociais e descumpriu ordens do STF<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

O deputado estadual bolsonarista Capit\u00e3o Assum\u00e7\u00e3o (PL-ES) protagonizou mais um epis\u00f3dio pol\u00eamico ao usar suas redes sociais para atacar o\u00a0Supremo Tribunal Federal\u00a0e incentivar a viol\u00eancia contra as institui\u00e7\u00f5es democr\u00e1ticas. O comportamento inadequado do parlamentar resultou na pris\u00e3o preventiva ordenada pelo ministro\u00a0Alexandre de Moraes, na \u00faltima quarta-feira (28).<\/p>\n

Alexandre de Moraes justificou a pris\u00e3o de Capit\u00e3o Assum\u00e7\u00e3o com base em suas postagens nas redes sociais, nas quais o deputado fazia discursos de \u00f3dio, com ofensas e incentivos a atentados contra o Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito.<\/p>\n

O ministro classificou tais comportamentos como “graves amea\u00e7as para restringir o livre exerc\u00edcio dos poderes constitucionais”.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, Moraes destacou que as postagens do deputado tinham o objetivo de coagir e amea\u00e7ar os poderes constitucionais, sob o pretexto da liberdade de express\u00e3o, o que caracteriza uma tentativa de minar os pilares da democracia.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o apenas o\u00a0STF, mas tamb\u00e9m o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Esp\u00edrito Santo agiu contra Capit\u00e3o Assum\u00e7\u00e3o, acusando-o de integrar uma “mil\u00edcia privada digital” que promove desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o e ataques \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

O deputado estava proibido de utilizar as redes sociais, por\u00e9m, desrespeitou essa determina\u00e7\u00e3o, continuando a postar conte\u00fado incitando a viol\u00eancia, especialmente atrav\u00e9s do TikTok e Kwai.<\/p>\n

Atualmente, Capit\u00e3o Assum\u00e7\u00e3o se encontra detido no Quartel-General da Pol\u00edcia Militar, em Vit\u00f3ria. Sua defesa j\u00e1 anunciou que recorrer\u00e1 da pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
