O parlamentar \u00e9 suspeito de participa\u00e7\u00e3o em atos antidemocr\u00e1ticos, divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de not\u00edcias falsas e ataques a ministros do\u00a0Supremo Tribunal Federal\u00a0(STF).<\/p>\n<p>Assum\u00e7\u00e3o estava proibido de deixar o estado e acessar as redes sociais e utilizava uma tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica. A pris\u00e3o foi determinada pelo ministro do\u00a0STF\u00a0Alexandre de Moraes, ap\u00f3s pedido feito pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">A PF monitorava o deputado estadual desde dezembro de 2022, quando Assum\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0\u00a0foi um dos investigados pela pol\u00edcia\u00a0\u00a0depois de questionar o resultado das\u00a0elei\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0presidenciais.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Seus perfis nas redes sociais foram bloqueados por decis\u00e3o judicial.\u00a0Em postagens, o Capit\u00e3o Assum\u00e7\u00e3o afirmava que o &#8220;STF deu um golpe de Estado&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>O deputado retirou a tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica em fevereiro de 2023, durante sess\u00e3o da Assembleia Legislativa, por cerca de quatro minutos.
