Mais cedo, em peti\u00e7\u00e3o enviada ao relator do caso, o ex-chefe do Executivo tamb\u00e9m havia informado que ele se manteria em sil\u00eancio.<\/p>\n<p>Na decis\u00e3o, Alexandre de Moraes afirma que a defesa j\u00e1 teve &#8220;acesso integral \u00e0 todas as dilig\u00eancias e provas reunidas aos autos&#8221; e que &#8220;n\u00e3o h\u00e1 motivos para qualquer adiamento do depoimento marcado pela Pol\u00edcia Federal para o dia 22 de fevereiro pr\u00f3ximo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bolsonaro foi intimado pela Pol\u00edcia Federal ap\u00f3s os desdobramenos da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Tempus Veritatis, que investiga a tentativa de um golpe de Estado ap\u00f3s a vit\u00f3ria de Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT) na elei\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial de outubro de 2022. Ao cumprir mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, a PF encontrou uma minuta golpista dentro do gabinete do ex-presidente, na sede do Partido Liberal (PL), em Bras\u00edlia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nesta segunda-feira (19), o ministro Alexandre de Moraes j\u00e1 havia negado um pedido da defesa de Bolsonaro para adiar o depoimento. O ex-presidente fez a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o alegando que n\u00e3o tinha acesso \u00e0 integra dos autos da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. Moraes, por\u00e9m, declarou que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 qualquer tipo de impedimento para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do depoimento.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Inexiste qualquer \u00f3bice para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da data agendada para o interrogat\u00f3rio uma vez que aos advogados do investigado foi deferido integral acesso aos autos&#8221;, pontuou.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Aliados de Bolsonaro na mira<\/h3>\n<p>Fora o ex-presidente da Rep\u00fablica, a Pol\u00edcia Federal tamb\u00e9m intimiou Valdemar da Costa Neto (presidente do PL),\u00a0o ex-ministro e candidato a vice na chapa de Bolsonaro, general Braga Neto, e o ex-ministro da Justi\u00e7a Anderson Torres.
