A defesa do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro solicitou o afastamento do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), da relatoria das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es que apuram uma suposta organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa envolvida em um poss\u00edvel golpe de Estado e na aboli\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Na peti\u00e7\u00e3o protocolada nesta quarta-feira (14), a defesa argumentou que Moraes n\u00e3o pode ser simultaneamente interessado e juiz do caso, visto que o ministro \u00e9 mencionado nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es como alvo dos supostos golpistas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Paralelamente, os advogados tamb\u00e9m solicitaram a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do passaporte de Bolsonaro, que foi apreendido no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Tempus Veritatis, autorizada por Moraes. O ex-presidente foi proibido de deixar o pa\u00eds ou de se comunicar com os demais investigados.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A defesa de Bolsonaro afirma que a pr\u00f3pria Pol\u00edcia Federal, em peti\u00e7\u00e3o, confirmou que Moraes seria a v\u00edtima central dos atos investigados, destacando planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o que visavam diretamente sua pessoa. Os advogados argumentam que Moraes, ao determinar medidas cautelares contra pessoas que supostamente lhe causam receio pessoal, assumiu simultaneamente a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00edtima e de julgador.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O pedido foi encaminhado ao presidente do Supremo, ministro Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, e \u00e9 assinado por sete advogados, incluindo o criminalista Paulo Cunha Bueno e Fabio Wajngarten, ex-ministro-chefe da Secretaria de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Presid\u00eancia, que passou a representar o ex-presidente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
