Um homem de 40 anos foi preso pelo crime de tortura contra o enteado de 8 anos em Uberl\u00e2ndia. De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Militar (PM), o padrasto obrigou o menino a comer mato e pedra. O crime ocorreu na ter\u00e7a-feira (12), no Bairro Esperan\u00e7a, e a m\u00e3e da crian\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m foi presa por omiss\u00e3o.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

crime ocorreu no estacionamento do pr\u00e9dio em que eles moram e a a\u00e7\u00e3o foi filmada por um vizinho, que foi at\u00e9 a PM denunciar o caso.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nas imagens acima, o homem caminha at\u00e9 um canteiro, pega uma quantidade de mato e obriga o menino a comer. O vizinho relatou que a crian\u00e7a, aos prantos, se negou a comer. Em seguida, o suspeito d\u00e1 um tapa no rosto dele, pega as pedras do ch\u00e3o e novamente diz para ele abrir a boca.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“Isso! P\u00f5e na boca e come! Mastiga!”, grita o padrasto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A m\u00e3e, de 34 anos, testemunhou toda a a\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o fez nada, segundo relatos do vizinho \u00e0 PM.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Depois que a crian\u00e7a come\u00e7a a mastigar o conte\u00fado, o homem d\u00e1 mais tr\u00eas tapas no rosto do menino e diz:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“Cospe agora e vai deitar”.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo a PM, inicialmente a m\u00e3e negou o ocorrido e disse que o companheiro estaria apenas corrigindo seu filho, e que nenhum tipo de agress\u00e3o havia ocorrido. A mulher s\u00f3 confessou o crime depois que os militares exibiram as imagens da tortura.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Tanto o padrasto quanto a m\u00e3e do menino foram presos em flagrante e levados para a delegacia da Pol\u00edcia Civil. Ambos disseram que s\u00e3o usu\u00e1rios de drogas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ainda de acordo com outra vizinha do casal, as agress\u00f5es contra a crian\u00e7a eram constantes e a m\u00e3e nunca tomou nenhuma atitude.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O suspeito confessou o crime e contou que teria ficado irritado porque o enteado teria comido cinco ovos durante o almo\u00e7o e ainda queria comer mais. Ap\u00f3s ter negado o pedido, a crian\u00e7a teria dito:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“Voc\u00ea quer que eu coma o que? Mato e terra?”.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O homem responder\u00e1 pelo crime de tortura e a mulher por omiss\u00e3o. O Conselho Tutelar foi acionado e a crian\u00e7a foi encaminhada para uma casa de acolhimento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais informou que em respeito ao Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente, o caso segue sob sigilo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“O homem foi preso em flagrante pelo crime de tortura, qualificado por ter sido praticado contra crian\u00e7a, o qual n\u00e3o permite fian\u00e7a.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Os investigados, ap\u00f3s as atividades da pol\u00edcia judici\u00e1ria, foram encaminhados ao sistema prisional, onde se encontram \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a”, informou a Pol\u00edcia C\u00edvil.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
