Anderson Marinho, 35 anos, a esposa Mirele Tofalete, 32, e a filha deles, Izabelly, de 15 anos, sa\u00edram de Ol\u00edmpia, segundo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, para almo\u00e7ar em S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Rio Preto-SP e comemorar o anivers\u00e1rio da mulher, no dia 28 de dezembro.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Quatro dias depois, em 01\/01, os corpos da fam\u00edlia foram encontrados em um canavial, em Votuporanga, com sinais vis\u00edveis de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n
Anderson tinha vindo at\u00e9 o local para fazer uma entrega de maconha, quando foi pego em uma emboscada e assassinado. Esposa e filha podem ter sido v\u00edtimas de queima de arquivo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com o delegado da DIG, Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais de Votuporanga, Tiago Madlum, Anderson foi o primeiro a morrer, com sete disparos. A esposa Mirele foi a segunda executada e foi alvejada por 13 balas. A filha do casal, Isabelly levou 4 tiros. Ambas estavam dentro do ve\u00edculo. Anderson estava ca\u00eddo h\u00e1 poucos metros do carro.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, foi identificada uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o para a pol\u00edcia, do celular da adolescente, mas n\u00e3o houve conclus\u00e3o da chamada. Outra informa\u00e7\u00e3o levantada foi a de que Anderson j\u00e1 havia sido amea\u00e7ado de morte antes do crime.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Duas semanas e meia depois, atrav\u00e9s de averigua\u00e7\u00f5es e dilig\u00eancias, a pol\u00edcia prendeu o primeiro suspeito de envolvimento no crime. Jo\u00e3o Pedro Teruel, de 23 anos, foi detido em 18\/01, em Valentim Gentil. Foi decretada sua pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria por 30 dias, a ser cumprida no pres\u00eddio de Catanduva-SP.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Dez dias depois disso, em 28\/01, foi preso em em Pedran\u00f3polis-SP – Rog\u00e9rio Schiavo, 39 anos, segundo suspeito de participar no crime. Ele tamb\u00e9m foi preso temporariamente, por 30 dias, no pres\u00eddio de Catanduva.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mais dez dias se passaram e na \u00faltima quarta-feira, 07\/02, o terceiro suspeito de participar do assassinato da fam\u00edlia, Danilo Barboza da Silva, 36 anos, conhecido como Danilo Dentin, foi detido em Andrel\u00e2ndia-MG, onde estava usando documenta\u00e7\u00e3o falsa. Depois da audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia de praxe, ele foi levado para o pres\u00eddio de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Del Rei-MG, onde tamb\u00e9m vai cumprir pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria de 30 dias.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Danilo Barboza da Silva, o Danilo Dentin, estava em sa\u00edda tempor\u00e1ria quando teria participado do crime e n\u00e3o retornou para o sistema penitenci\u00e1rio. Ele \u00e9 irm\u00e3o, por parte do pai, de Rog\u00e9rio Schiavo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Os tr\u00eas suspeitos s\u00e3o todos de Votuporanga e conhecidos por terem ficha criminal com passagem anterior pela pol\u00edcia. O primeiro e o segundo suspeito deram algumas informa\u00e7\u00f5es para a pol\u00edcia, que levou a outras pistas. J\u00e1 o terceiro suspeito, ficou em sil\u00eancio, segundo o delegado Tiago Madlum.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“Nenhum deles assume a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no triplo homic\u00eddio. Para saber quem atirou, seria somente se um deles contasse como foi a din\u00e2mica dos fatos. Os tr\u00eas foram respons\u00e1veis pelas mortes, mas exatamente a pessoa que apertou o gatilho n\u00e3o sabemos ainda. Os tr\u00eas s\u00e3o considerados executores, porque estavam no local e ajudaram nas mortes. O executor n\u00e3o precisa ser necessariamente a pessoa que apertou o gatilho. O executor \u00e9 aquele que executa o crime, diferente do mandante”, disse o delegado da DIG.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Essa \u00faltima frase do delegado chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para a hip\u00f3tese de que o crime tenha sido encomendado por um outro elemento. O que refor\u00e7a essa tese s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m outras respostas da autoridade policial ao ser perguntada: As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es terminam aqui?: “Continuaremos com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es” e tamb\u00e9m: H\u00e1 suspeita de mais envolvidos?: “Ainda estamos investigando”<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
