Nessa semana, a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Chavantes recebeu dois requerimentos que agitaram a pol\u00edtica local. Tratam-se de uma Comiss\u00e3o Parlamentar de Inqu\u00e9rito (CPI), cujo objetivo \u00e9 investigar supostas irregularidades para que possa ser aberta uma Comiss\u00e3o Processante (CP). E foi aberta tamb\u00e9m uma Comiss\u00e3o Processante (CP), que tem como responsabilidade aplicar puni\u00e7\u00f5es ap\u00f3s evidenciar irregularidades praticadas por autoridades p\u00fablicas. Ambas est\u00e3o relacionadas ao suposto uso do ve\u00edculo da Secretaria da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o para fins particulares pelo prefeito M\u00e1rcio Burguinha, conduzido por sua namorada, que n\u00e3o tem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para conduzir ve\u00edculos p\u00fablicos do munic\u00edpio. Lembrando que as placas do ve\u00edculo estavam adulteradas, com a placa do poder executivo sobreposta \u00e0 original.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Um mun\u00edcipe apresentou uma den\u00fancia que fundamenta a abertura da Comiss\u00e3o Processante (CP). V\u00eddeos, imagens e \u00e1udios registrados em 25\/12\/2023 evidenciam a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo p\u00fablico pelo prefeito, resultando na autua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Na segunda-feira, 05\/02\/2024, os vereadores ter\u00e3o a importante decis\u00e3o de escolher entre a abertura da CPI ou da CP.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
