Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, homem tem de 63 anos e assumiu que estava na condu\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo. Acidente foi no km 213 da Rodovia Castello Branco em Itatinga (SP), na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (30).<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O motorista do carro de luxo, da marca Jaguar, que bateu na traseira de outro carro na Rodovia Castello Branco (SP-280) e causou duas mortes, se apresentou \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia nesta sexta-feira (2). O acidente foi registrado na manh\u00e3 da \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (30), em trecho que fica na altura de Itatinga (SP).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Acompanhado do advogado, o homem que conduzia o ve\u00edculo de luxo esteve na Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Itatinga e prestou depoimento, por volta das 10h. \u00c0 pol\u00edcia, Fl\u00e1vio Rodrigues Dutra, de 63 anos, assumiu que estava na condu\u00e7\u00e3o do Jaguar.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ainda de acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, ele n\u00e3o tem permiss\u00e3o para dirigir e foi reconhecido por testemunhas que estiveram no local logo ap\u00f3s o acidente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

No depoimento, Fl\u00e1vio informou que tirou a Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH) em 1980, no estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, mas perdeu o documento pouco depois e, desde ent\u00e3o, n\u00e3o o possu\u00eda mais.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Sobre a din\u00e2mica do acidente, ele revelou \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia que tentava ultrapassar um caminh\u00e3o, quando o outro carro teria aparecido repentinamente \u00e0 sua frente, n\u00e3o sendo poss\u00edvel evitar a batida.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ele informou ainda que fugiu do local sem prestar socorro \u00e0s v\u00edtimas porque n\u00e3o tinha habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e ficou com medo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ainda de acordo com a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, o motorista do Jaguar possui passagens pela Pol\u00edcia por outros sete crimes: Associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo, recepta\u00e7\u00e3o, uso de documento falso, falsidade de documento p\u00fablico, estelionato, falsa identidade, falsidade ideol\u00f3gica e amea\u00e7a.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
