Nesta quarta-feira (31), o ministro\u00a0Alexandre de Moraes, do\u00a0Supremo Tribunal Federal, concedeu permiss\u00e3o para que os advogados de Carlos\u00a0Bolsonaro\u00a0e Priscila Pereira e Silva, assessora de Alexandre Ramagem, obtenham acesso aos autos do inqu\u00e9rito que investiga a denominada “Abin paralela”. O desenrolar das dilig\u00eancias, no entanto, mant\u00e9m-se em sigilo.<\/p>\n

O inqu\u00e9rito em quest\u00e3o visa investigar suspeitas de atividades de espionagem ilegal por parte da Abin (Ag\u00eancia Brasileira de Intelig\u00eancia), durante o per\u00edodo em que era comandada por Alexandre Ramagem.<\/p>\n

Este, por sua vez, \u00e9 conhecido por sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3xima com a fam\u00edlia Bolsonaro, sendo alvo de especula\u00e7\u00f5es e pol\u00eamicas desde sua nomea\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Carlos Bolsonaro, filho do ex-presidente\u00a0Jair Bolsonaro\u00a0(PL-RJ), e Priscila Pereira e Silva, foram recentemente alvos da chamada “Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Vigil\u00e2ncia Aproximada”, realizada na \u00faltima segunda (29).<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a defesa da assessora de Alexandre Ramagem tamb\u00e9m foi autorizada a acessar os autos do inqu\u00e9rito, refletindo a amplitude das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e o interesse em esclarecer todas as nuances do caso.<\/p>\n

Mais cedo, Carlos chegou a soltar uma nota sobre o tema.\u201c\u00a0O Vereador Carlos Bolsonaro reitera que n\u00e3o possui qualquer liga\u00e7\u00e3o com a ABIN e tampouco solicitava e\/ou recebia de pessoas vinculadas \u00e0 ag\u00eancia qualquer tipo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o e dados de terceiras pessoas\u201d, declarou.<\/p>\n

\u201cCabe, por fim, destacar que o Vereador Carlos Bolsonaro repudia as falsas informa\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o amplamente divulgadas por parte da imprensa e juntamente com sua defesa t\u00e9cnica, oportunamente, se manifestar\u00e1 sobre todas as quest\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, concluiu.<\/p>\n
