A\u00a0\u00a0Pol\u00edcia Federal\u00a0informou ao\u00a0\u00a0STF\u00a0(Supremo Tribunal Federal) que investiga\u00e7\u00f5es preliminares apontam a suposta pr\u00e1tica de rachadinha no gabinete do deputado federal Andr\u00e9 Janones (Avante-MG). Em relat\u00f3rio entregue ao ministro Luiz Fux, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (30), o \u00f3rg\u00e3o alega que v\u00ea ind\u00edcios da pr\u00e1tica ilegal e pede a quebra de sigilos banc\u00e1rio e fiscal do parlamentar para apurar o caso.<\/p>\n

“As dilig\u00eancias conclu\u00eddas at\u00e9 o momento sugerem a exist\u00eancia de um esquema de desvio de recursos p\u00fablicos no gabinete do deputado federal Andr\u00e9 Janones”, diz um trecho do documento assinado pelo delegado Roberto Santos Costa.\u00a0Atrav\u00e9s das redes sociais, o parlamentar afirmou que o pedido da PF “causa estranheza”, j\u00e1 que ele sempre colocou \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades.<\/p>\n

“Mais estranho ainda \u00e9 apontarem como ‘suspeito’, um dep\u00f3sito feito quando nenhum dos assessores investigados trabalhavam mais em meu gabinete. Como eles devolviam sal\u00e1rio 3 anos ap\u00f3s serem exonerados ? Sigo absolutamente confiante que serei absolvido, afinal, eu n\u00e3o devo, quem deve s\u00e3o os\u00a0bolsonaros, que recorreram at\u00e9 a \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia pra n\u00e3o terem seus sigilos quebrados, e at\u00e9 hoje n\u00e3o justificaram como conseguiram comprar 70 im\u00f3veis em dinheiro vivo”, acrescenta Janones.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Federal, a quebra dos sigilos poder\u00e1 implicar outros seis assessores de Janones. “Somente por meio dessa an\u00e1lise minuciosa ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel chegar a uma conclus\u00e3o definitiva sobre a natureza e o alcance das a\u00e7\u00f5es do parlamentar e de seus assessores”, afirmou o delegado Roberto Santos Costa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O inqu\u00e9rito contra Janones foi instaurado por Fux em dezembro de 2023. Na ocasi\u00e3o, o ministro do STF atendeu a um pedido da PGR (Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica). As condutas podem ser enquadradas nos crimes de associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, peculato, concuss\u00e3o e continuidade delitiva.\u00a0O deputado tamb\u00e9m recebeu pedidos de cassa\u00e7\u00e3o de seu mandato\u00a0.<\/div>\n
