A\u00a0Pol\u00edcia Federal\u00a0emitiu uma intima\u00e7\u00e3o para o ex-presidente\u00a0Jair\u00a0Bolsonaro\u00a0(PL) prestar depoimento sobre um incidente envolvendo uma baleia jubarte durante um passeio de jet-ski em S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o (SP). Bolsonaro, juntamente com seu advogado, Fabio Wajngarten, dever\u00e1 comparecer ao local no dia 7 de fevereiro.<\/p>\n

O ex-presidente est\u00e1 sendo investigado por supostamente ter se aproximado indevidamente de uma baleia jubarte, ficando a uma dist\u00e2ncia de cerca de 15 metros do animal.<\/p>\n

O incidente teria ocorrido entre os dias 16 e 17 de junho do ano passado. Conforme a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0\u00e9 proibido pescar e molestar intencionalmente esses animais em \u00e1reas litor\u00e2neas protegidas.<\/p>\n

Caso seja considerado culpado, Bolsonaro pode enfrentar uma pena de dois a cinco anos de pris\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de ser obrigado a pagar uma multa.<\/p>\n

No entanto, o ex-presidente j\u00e1 havia manifestado sua insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao inqu\u00e9rito, chegando a direcionar cr\u00edticas a Fl\u00e1vio Dino, na \u00e9poca ministro da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

“Todo dia tem uma maldade em cima de mim. A de ontem foi que estou perseguindo baleias. A \u00fanica baleia que n\u00e3o gosta de mim na Esplanada \u00e9 aquela que est\u00e1 no minist\u00e9rio, que diz que eu queria dar golpe, mas some com v\u00eddeos”, declarou Bolsonaro em resposta \u00e0s acusa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
